As an active member of the business community in the Silicon Valley we understand that business ethics must be a top priority in order to build an organization based on trust and integrity. VIVEO CONSULTING takes its business ethics and transparency of operations very seriously.
VIVEO CONSULTING follows various key elements to ensure our organization stays in line with appropriate ethical standards and conduct:
- Effectively monitor, educate, and prevent personnel from performing misconduct and violations of the law.
- Create an easy and anonymous way for employees and management to report suspected violations / misconduct to our third party audit team.
- Develop a culture of following the highest ethical standards amongst VIVEO CONSULTING personnel.

VIVEO CONSULTING has created various internal documents and company policies that each and every employee must agree to. This goes the same for managers and senior level executives. We ensure that our policies are enforced consistently and effectively in case of any allegations of abuse or misconduct are reported. Every quarter VIVEO CONSULTING holds a company wide meeting to cover the latest updates from state and federal law makers in regards to federal and state compliance regulations. We also offer a practical analysis of what kinds of misconduct or allegations our employees may come across in their everyday work life.
